Provides/Improves more the default styling for standard portlet CSS classes
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GTNPORTAL-1394
URL: https://jira.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-1394
Project: GateIn Portal
Issue Type: Task
Security Level: Public (Everyone can see)
Reporter: Trong Tran
Fix For: 3.2.0-GA
What has been done in GTNPORTAL-890 is not enough, there are still a lot of Portlet CSS classes missing default styling. Moreover, the Portlet CSS classes are not used for common style in most of default portlets in GateIn.
So we really need to improve it by :
+ Update/Define the missing default styling for the Portlet CSS classes
+ Uses the Portlet CSS classes in default portlets in GateIn

Currently we have only pre-configured 2 and 3 tabs layout in GateIn but it does not provide any method to add a new one.
Ideally the Tab Layout Container would be able to :
+ Newly add a new tab
+ Re-order the tab's position

* let the portlet crash (in mny use case this portlet need special VPN access to external system. So i just cut VPN access.)
* try to redo portlet actions

Strange thing: the logged in user does not have the permissions to view this portlet.

Matt, Please attach the source code of portlet to the jira along with some details on what and how to test. Once you do that, please assign it back to me.
Thomas: We would have to decide where to put these kinds of tests. Any thoughts on this?
