The next startup time JBoss tries to create an instance of the wrapper: ProducerRegistrationRequirementsImpl: RegistrationPolicy policy = (RegistrationPolicy)policyClass.newInstance(); But the RegistrationPolicyWrapper does not have a default constructor.
