"Portlet Settings" tab - in this way: a) push mouse button down (over one of the other tabs) b) move mouse out of the tab c) release mouse button EXPECTED RESULT: either (A) new tab is selected and "Save and Close" button is shown or preferably (B) new tab is NOT selected, "Save and Close" button remains hidden ACTUAL RESULT: new tab is not selected and "Save and Close" button is shown (it works the same in the other direction)
