As both UISiteManagement and UIGroupNavigationManagement share the same
UINavigationNodeSelector (the one displaying tree of nodes when u click on Edit
Navigation). There must be no difference between portal navigation and group navigation.
It is likely that node 's visibility (SYSTEM,..) has affect here

Case 1: When add sub-node in portal navigation --> It always returns to Parent node
Expected output: It must be show in the node that are selected to create new sub-node
Case 2:
- Select Home
- Right click and choose add new node
- Add new node successfully
- Choose this node and right click to delete node
=> Still show this node in the trees.
