that should be done with a <gadget-application> XML like we do have for
<portlet-application> in gatein object.

In the last of portal we can pre-configure template for dashboard such as: how many
columns, which gadget can be displays...
Now we have some hardcodes in dashboard (3 columns, UIDashboardPortlet...).
We need to fix it now.
