This feature is not available as-is and the idea is to split what is: - dashboard (editable by users for their own usage) - group pages (pages shared for groups and editable by some admins) - portal pages (pages shared by everyone and editable by some admins). In fact portal pages should be secured so that they can only be modified by some group memberships (admins) I wasn't aware of this until today and I wish users could still personalize their pages, that won't fit for the 3.0 release though.
