Yes, i think that he was talking about node, when he said "create page under that
page called subtest" means create a subnode having page reference is subtest :-)

Right if you create a page called test, then create page under that page called subtest,
if you delete test, subtest still exists but it won't show up in the navigation
anymore. However, if you go to http://localhost:8080/portal/private/classic/test/testsub
then you can still access the page...
