In portal.war (/WEB-INF/conf/jcr/repository-configuration.xml) JCR workspaces wsrp-system
and pc-system use Value Storage with the same id "gadgets", it's means two
different workspaces use same Values storage on file system. Can be potentially dangerous
for consistency and not clear for JCR files maintenance (e.g. file move during migration
or manual restore).
