- After discussing, we've decided to refresh the page and show an notification message
(an popup message but can be disappeared automatically)
- Showing notification message feature will be added after GTNPORTAL-716 is resolved. So I
need to wait for this feature before continue to fix this issue

+ Open one tab
- go to public mode
- Click Sign In link
+ Other tab
- Click Sign In link
- Input user and pass
- Click Sign In button
=> Login successfully
+ Return to first tab
- Click Discard button on Sign In form
=> Go to private mode of user has just login on other tab and can't close Sign In
form
