OK, the issue with the tweets should be covered under the GTNPORTAL-2885 (overall
improvements for the mobile web experience) which is already assigned to Gabriel.

if the external link to the blogs cannot be access (for example when it goes down for
maintenance or when it returns an error message) nothing is displayed. This gives the
impression that either the portlet is broken, or there are no blog entries. An error
message should be displayed in this case.
It is also not evident that you have to click on the tweets link to make the tweets
appear.
