ignore my last comment, it does not apply as the button "Add node" always adds a
root node. A sub-node is added via a right-click then "Add new node"
I'll log another issue to look into some ideas to make this stuff more obvious to use
new node is not persisted (random behavior)

basically I create a new node (with or without a new page). I save it. Then I click on
"Edit Navigation", the node is gone
note that trying to create again a node with the same name does not trigger any
"already exists" message
