There is a feature that supports the administrator to create a Portal from the template.
Currently we have already one "classic" template is exactly the same
configuration with classic default portal.
So we should create one more portal template to show the feature and help people to avoid
confusing.
*Suggestion :* the new template may be called "basic". Any other suggestions
for the new portal template name are welcome
