The check be done in a
org.exoplatform.portal.application.ApplicationLifecycle<WebuiRequestContext>
somehow.
When it happens, user should be logged out of the servlet container.
Check user session user deleted by another.

We need 2 browser for testing and here is the step:
1. browser 1: logged in by root.
2. browser 2: logged in by john.
3. browser 1: root go to user management portlet to delete john.
4. browser 2: john go to any node page (such as home, sitemap...) -> nothing happen.
Need to redirect to public page.
