Current implement of JSMin handles on stream of bytes, that raises diffculties in
converting JSMin compressor into plugin of Resource Compressor service. Current workaround
with InputReaderBridge and OutputWriterBridge is quite tricky. Better solution would be
available once GTNPORTAL-1438 is resolved.
The existing JSMin compressor should be moved as a plugin of
ResourceCompressorService
