I don't see a problem with the fix, now what could possibly be a problem with this fix

The problem is that after I apply it, mail sending still does not work - no exceptions, I
just get a message: "Can't send mail."
I suggest you go ahead, apply the patch, and then test that it works, as you are more
familiar with configuring it to work.

Component MailService doesn't boot on AS7. It's lazy (non-Startable) component so
this error doesn't occur on server startup but at first usage of MailService
