Currently, we also had some bugs relating to caching data. And we will fix problem in next

* Login in portal
* Click Group
* Select a group navigation to edit ( the /platform/administrators group)
* Change priority from 2 to 1
* Click save
=> Check on menu item -> nothing change
-> It must be affected after sign out and sign in again.
Expected output: After change priority for group navigation -> It must be affected on
menu item, don't need to sign out and sign in again.
