dealWithError should move to WSRPConsumerImpl so that non-invocation-based methods could
also benefit from the error recovery that is done on InvocationHandler. Or maybe, we
should refactor InvocationHandler to introduce a supertype that would allow for handling
of method calls not originating from a PortletInvocation. Either way, the error handling
needs to be cleaned up.
