Steps to reproduce :
1/ Make sure you clean up cookies in the browser first and start with clean GateIn
2/ Change language to Arabic
3/ Login with any users, then the page is displayed in Arabic but in LTR direction
===> FAILED. Even then you logout, the problem is still there
