With an ajax request, we couldn't reset dir param on UIPortalApplication template to
ltr or rlt, so we must refresh to affect.

Steps:
+ Browser 1:
- Login in by root ( language is English)
+ Browser 2:
- Login in by root
- Change language to others ( Arabic, VN or FR)
- Return to browser 1
- Select a page
=> On menu item still show 2 language. See attach file
Note: To menu item of all page display with new language -> must be select page on
sub-page for each navigation
