We are also setting the navigational state when its null, it should only be updated if new
values are passed.
As per http://lists.jboss.org/pipermail/gatein-dev/2010-October/000750.html we need to
create a test portlet and have selenium tests created before this jira can be closed.

There is something strange happening with navigational state not being sent back to a
producer in a action url or through an action response from an html form. The navigational
state does seem to get updated through a render url.
