Hi, I think that the UserDAO#createUser should care about the atomic of its work, I mean
the transaction should be rolled-back inside this method if there is exceptions raised
We have a similar issue here GTNPORTAL-3365 (which is cloned from an issue that is fixed
for gatein 3.5.x) And there is a PR, that help to fix this issue. And it also fix more
cases: UIAccoundProfiles and UIResetPassword
