When you create dashboard with Dashboard Editor -> Add New Page wizard, you can
specify localized label for node.
This label is properly changed after language change in Toolbar navigation, but isn't
changed in Tabbed Navigation on dashboard.
This seems to be cache problem because after logout+login, node label is fine.
