Due to a recent update on XML serialization, the text content of a XML element is always
wrapped in a CDATA. Which results in Javascript processing errors and wrong page title

If a portlet declares elements to add to the HTML head, when adding a portlet to a page,
the head will not contain the elements right after editing the page.
A single refresh on the browser put things back in order.
