truncating the portlet name doesn't work, if you have long portlet names with similar
beginnings you will not be able to determine which portlet is which.
Also note that resizing the Page Editor does not decrease the truncation
page editor rendering of long portlet names

If a portlet has a long name, when its displayed in the page editor it can be displayed
on multiple lines with the top line having a grey background and the other lines having a
white background.
This makes it appear as if the first line is the category and that it has been expanded
with the other lines being where the portlet should be.
