It 's weird as reportedly the UIFormMultiValueInputSet could not be instantiated but
you could still invoke the Validator!
I know that some teams (at least CS team) has make workaround on this UIComponent. Please
make sure that your UIFormMultiValueInputSet is the original Portal WebUI component.
