We will integrate a new Container in the portal.xml wich will be displayed in all the
site.
But we have occurred a problem in the public page the container is displayed empty
although it "access permission" is only for "*:/platform/users" :

<access-permissions>*:/platform/users</access-permissions>........

Logically, the container would be visible to the users who have the access right.
So, is it a problem or a normal behavior ? if it's a problem , what is the solution ?
