I think it worked as expected because gadget is object that represents from gadget
specification content and if content was loss, its other information (title, action, etc)
is no meaning. We only fix one case when gadget is removed auto from dashboard if user
click 'Maximize'.

When we make any actions on gadget which removed from Application Registry such as
minimise or maximise, get a popup message that "This application is not exist or may
be deleted"
