Fallback from SPNEGO to FORM is working and I commited changes in GateIn trunk (rev.
7921). I am attaching instructions in README.txt as there are some configuration changes
and so instructions are slightly different in comparison to Reference guide.
I have updated JBoss Negotiation to version 2.1.0.GAm but there are some backwards
compatibility problems as 2.1.0.GA is intended to be used with JBoss 6.
So I am leaving this open because it's possible that we will backport changes to
Negotiation 2.0.X instead of using 2.1.0. (See SECURITY-630 for details)

For case when SPNEGO is not available, it will be good to fallback to FORM
authentication. This is currently done in JBoss Negotiaion thanks to SECURITY-141 so this
JIRA will be about integration into SSO component codebase and upgrade documentation.
