Message showing should be configured according to the message level and the application Example use case: We need to configure the message showing for ApplicationRegistryPortlet in the following way If messageLevel: 1. ERROR: Use a popup to show message 2. WARNING: Use a popup to show message 3. INFO: Show message thanks to UINotification.js
