However, in some special case the action MoveUp/MoveDown node won't take effect on the UI For example we have a PageNavigation with a list of PageNode N - N - N - S - S - S- N ( N refers to normal node, S refers to SYSTEM node) When loging with 'john', the tree filter won't display the three node S-S-S. Hence if 'john' attemps to move up the last node 'N' in the list.
