Problem when a field contains a special char in Register Portlet ---------------------------------------------------------------- Key: GTNPORTAL-966 URL: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/GTNPORTAL-966 Project: GateIn Portal Issue Type: Bug Security Level: Public(Everyone can see) Affects Versions: 3.0.0-GA Environment: Ubuntu 9.10, java 1.5.0_21, Firefox 3.5.8, Tomcat, Hsqldb Reporter: Arthur Peltier Priority: Minor 1) Go on home page, and click on "Register" 2) Fill form with correct value 3) In last name, i put "Dénarié" See error message : I have the message "LastName doit commencer par une lettre" (in English : "LastName must starts with a character") If I switch in English, the message is more complete : "The "Last Name" field must start with a character and must not contains special characters." At least, we should correct french message. The best way is to accept special char in FirstName and in LastName.
