Hi Chris,
it crashes with a NPE at RegistrationRequirementsMapping.java:82 due to a missing policy
class.
If I use an empty <registration-configuration /> inside the producer config, the
required field is set to true again.

Hi Chris,
I am not sure, if GTNWSRP-198 will handle this feature request. If you say, that an empty
registration-configuration will result in a RegistrationRequired=false configuration this
may work. But I think that this would be IMO not very intuitive, as the default for this
attribute is true at the moment.
Therefore I would suggest a new attribute in wsrp-producer-config.xml, which allows to
explicitly configure RegistrationRequired.

Resolution: Duplicate Issue
I've confirmed that this issue doesn't exist in the upcoming version of EPP or
GateIn.
If you don't want the producer to require registration, you can just specify an empty
<producer-configuration/> in the configuration file.
Specifying an empty registration-configuration element will make the producer require
registration, albeit without any requiring registration properties.
