Matt Wringe updated GTNPORTAL-1153:
-----------------------------------
Attachment: gwt-gadget-1.0-SNAPSHOT.war
Attaching gadget war.
Steps to reproduce:
1) deploy war on the same server as GateIn
2) import all application from the application registry, this should load the gadget.
3) create a new remote gadget in the application registry using this as the url:
http://localhost:8080/gwtgadget/gwtgadget/org.gatein.gadget.client.Applic...
4) load both gadgets on the same page (either portal page or dashboard)
5) notice that the remotely loaded gadget will say "No Logged In User" while the
local one will display an error message.
Expected results: both gadgets to behave the same.
Local Gadgets don't support the same HTTP methods are remote
ones

Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)

Attachments: gwt-gadget-1.0-SNAPSHOT.war
Local gadgets don't appear to support the same HTTP methods that remote gadgets do. I
am seeing errors like "The specified HTTP method is not allowed for the requested
resource" for a gadget loaded locally through gadget.xml while the same gadget works
fine when its added as a remote gadget using a url. This is the exact same gadget just
loaded through different methods.
