Turns out most of configuration is not related to clustering per-se, but to JTA mode of operation of JCR and IDM components. Most of cluster configuration is already prepared via default AS 7.1.3 packaging. There are only a few configuration overrides to be done in JBOSS_HOME/standalone/configuration/configuration.properties file.
