Currently it accepts a "url" portlet preference where the gadget url needs to be
hardcoded.
This cannot work in a portable manner because hostname, and rest-context may vary
depending on the environement.
This can not be known when writing the pages.xml file
URLs are fine for external gadgets, but one should be offered an alternative to URLs to
target local container gadgets.
