Bug was introduced in commit 7b9a6b52317a3c4f9cd28f478d0e83f237c85f6d for JavaScript
manager feature. The producedOfferedPortlet is null in this case, causing the NPE.
Assigning to phuong since he'll know if a simple check to avoid NPE is the only thing
needed.

another case to reproduce NPE due to the null producedOfferedPortlet
- Add a portlet to page, delete that portlet's war
- restart server
- edit page, edit portlet --> NPE (the portal will not be collapsed in this case but it
should show a notice, not unknow error)

I mean UIPortletForm also need to check if producedOfferedPortlet is null : After edit
portlet, click finish, refresh or change the page, a collapsed form will be shown, click
save --> unknow error
