I've been reviewing some infinispan submissions to GSoC and two[1][2] of them are rated with the minimal score (1/5). 

I'm very surprised by that rating, especially in the case of [1] which is a solid submission with a good level of detail.

I know the rating is anonymous, but I'd really appreciate some details on why both submissions were rated like that.
