Finally I manage to find it in below location. As I was misled to search for a folder named quickstart instead the template

I was reading this article (https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Contributing+a+Quickstart) and it says it has README.md and pom.xml in the below location.

Note that a template is now provided for the README.md and pom.xml files in the quickstart/template/ directory.

I checked below URL and that directory seems to non existing. Can anybody point me where it is.
