Finally I manage to find it in below location. As I was misled to search for a folder named�quickstart instead the template

Note that a template is now provided for the�README.md�and�pom.xml�files in the�quickstart/template/�directory.

I checked below URL and that directory seems to non existing. Can anybody point me where it is.
