There is no preliminary design for this feature. Right now it is only on the roadmap and we will open the design discussions when we start implementing it.

The "events" word was mistakenly included there. "Whole tenant searches" - all the relevant data for a tenant searchable in the context of that tenant, I listed tags and availability as examples.
