Shawn Clowater et al, I am applying one additional minor change here to log a "deprecation warning" when post-commit listeners are registered that use the non-post-commit variant contracts (aka, when we encounter a POST_COMMIT_DELETE listener registration that does not implement the new PostCommitDeleteEventListener contract).
