The tagline of the Hibernate Search project has been "Apache Lucene integration" - at least in the reference documentation.

Since we're widening the scope of integrations, we need to update these.

The README especially needs updating, but as far as I remember that content is also copied into several other introductions to the project (website, openhub, etc...)
