Here are a set of tests I wrote, based on your tests: https://github.com/yrodiere/hibernate-orm/tree/HHH-12666 The first commit introduces tests that pass on the current codebase, and the next one tests all combinations of bootstrap mode (JPA/native) and value of the setting you're introducing (default meaning JPA in JPA bootstrap mode and native-5.2 in native bootstrap mode, native-5.1, native-5.2). You will have to amend the second commit to use the exact name of the property. |
