JAXB will be removed from the JDK in JDK 11.

We could add external JAXB dependencies but, as WF favors the usage of Stax, the best we could do would be to move to Stax, which is still included in the JDK.

IMHO it's less appropriate to parse descriptors and probably a bit too low level for us but it's better than the alternative of adding another dependency to HV.
