I can see the benefit for a Dialect to be able to augment the org.hibernate.tool.schema.extract.internal.InformationExtractorJdbcDatabaseMetaDataImpl#tableTypes field. That's what the PR does, but I'd like to see that be more generic. I'll make those comments on the PR.
