We could but it would jot not gain us much. Is I'd rather spend see more time in spent on the defining features of v5 than spending 1/2 a day to eliminate 120 lines of code or so that do the job and are not limiting us . ESP Especially since we will need a service manager of sort to implement the life cycle contracts we have. Thee There is also the class loader complexity.

A more meta and general question is whether or not we want to record not likely to happen enhancements in JIRA.
