Hi Marcus Redeker, this was resolved well before Hibernate had 5.2 or 5.4 branches. If you're continuing to see the problem, perhaps its a corner case the fix didn't account for? Could you open a follow-up issue, cite the models in your use case preferably with a test case, and reference this jira as what the new issue follows up on.
