Well...I don't know, I can see that in our tests the factory is called twice and I'm not sure if it is necessary.
It's not a bug as more an improvement that we could do.

Anyway, if you close an issue without any explanation we don't know if the issue has been solved or we just decided to ignore it.

I think I'll open it and keep it as a minor. It would be nice if we could figure out a way to improve this
