Thanks Thorsten Glaser for all details. I appreciate your intent, but FYI the Red Hat legal experts seem confident this is not something we need to worry about. They are very competent in this field, so I'm reassured and would prefer to not spread FUD to other OSS projects. (This is in no way an official statement as that's not my place to make one, just bringing closure here for people being possibly worried).
