Following up on HSEARCH-2418 Resolved (Allow defining analyzer definitions programmatically at bootstrap), to make this useful for integrators like Infinispan Query we should allow to inject such a component as a org.hibernate.search.engine.service.spi.Service, as an alternative strategy to using configuration properties.
