Once we start working actively on the next BV, we will discuss this and your involvement would be ideal at that time.
That being said, we should try and explore the idea in Hibernate Validator to get started and see if we can pan it. For this you can just grab the Hibernate Validator code and create a branch / PR. CC Hardy Ferentschik.
